The management of the resources, finances, income, and expenditure of a community, business enterprise or governmental organisations remains a serious problem in developing countries. The objective of the Public Finance Management training is “to control monetary management in the government sector and to make sure that revenue, expense, liabilities and assets of that government are handled effectively and efficiently.
