Course overview

Effective management of Human Resources is considered one of the distinguishing characteristics of successful organisations. Such organisations have been able to move the Human Resources function beyond its traditional role, to occupy a strategic position. Thus, Human Resources fulfils its role by actively focusing itself in the organisation’s direction. This ensures that human capital is a source of sustainable competitive advantage. The role of the line managers in HRM is specifically emphasized in this training.
